College Information

This is my twenty-fourth year at Central Lee and I am so proud to be part of such a caring and hardworking staff. After graduating from Central Lee in 1989, I attended Southeastern Community College, Iowa State University, and Iowa Wesleyan College. I earned my Bachelor's of Science degree in 1995 from IWC in Mathematics with an additional area of Spanish. I began my teaching career at Marquette Junior/Senior High School in West Point where I taught Spanish I through IV and Algebra I. In 1999 I came to Central to teach 7th grade Mathematics (Pre-Algebra and General Math). In 2008 I was transferred over to the high school and taught Spanish for two years. After several years of teaching, I am enjoying a new challenge as the high school guidance counselor. I completed my master's degree and certification in school counseling through the University of West Alabama.
