The following students represented Central Lee High School at the Iowa Junior Academy of Science Symposium held on the campus of Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on Thursday April 25th . Senior: Sidney Gruntmeir, Junior: Alivia Cook, and Freshman: Allison Gruntmeir. These students presented an oral seminar over their science research. -Sidney Gruntmeir won a $500.00 senior scholarship -Allison Gruntmeir 1st place 9-11th grade All expenses paid trip to attend the AJAS annual meeting in Boston, Massachusetts in February 2025. Congratulations on a job well done everyone!

Due to inclement weather, tonight's middle school and high school soccer games have been postponed with a date to be determined. Additionally, the high school golf match against WACO has been cancelled. 🌧️

Mrs. Jones and the Central Lee High School Art Students went to SCC to see their artwork in the Gallery and create art with professional artists from the area! Some of the techniques they experienced were clay slab faces, pastel flowers, polymer clay tins and jewelry, acrylic landscapes, digital art, and paper quilling.

ISASP testing for students in grades 3-8 begins this week! Best of luck to our students! Please ensure students receive a healthy breakfast or are at school on time for our breakfast. School breakfast will be provided at the regular cost. If students are absent or tardy during any of the scheduled test times, they will be required to make up the tests the following week.
